I’m Sarah Grace, a certified life coach, meditation guide, and generational healing coach rooted in ancestral wisdom, spiritual alignment, and Christ-centered love. I was born and raised in Zambia. English is my second language. From 3-12 I went to British schools in my country and then 13-18 I went to a Catholic Girls boarding school. After graduation I moved to Minnesota at 18 to work for the Girl Scouts for the summer and then went to college. I got married, had 3 children and then moved to Georgia. I’ve been shaped by life across Georgia, Utah, and California. My healing path has taken me through valleys of trauma, and now I walk with a mission: to help you remember who you are—and who you’ve always been.

I specialize in helping you bring to light and activate the ancestral gifts that may be laying dormant within you. These gifts—your voice, your intuition, your creativity, your power—are sacred. Together, we’ll recognize them, open to receive them, and stop running from them. We’ll integrate them into your life and give them space to grow.

Through sound baths, spiritual coaching, and guided meditations, I’ll help you release generations of trauma stored in your DNA. Science confirms what our ancestors always knew: we carry the weight of up to ten generations—stress, anxiety, depression, and pain passed down like a silent inheritance. But sound heals.

The crystal singing bowls I use are more than instruments—they are tools of awakening. Just as a musical instrument can be tuned, so can the body. Each bowl sings a specific frequency that resonates with your cells—tiny holograms of you that are alive, aware, and waiting to be activated. Sometimes energy gets stuck, and your natural frequency dims. The sound vibrations help reawaken those cells, restoring flow, light, and life force.
