  • A typical session is 30 minutes of Talk Therapy and 20 minutes of Relaxing Guided Meditation with Sound Therapy, 10 minutes Q&A, review and follow up information.

    We begin with prayer and inviting the Spirit to be present and then a gentle conversation and coaching to help you: Gain clarity around what you’re experiencing, release emotional blocks or stress, explore goals, purpose and personal growth, feel supported, encouraged and understood. The coaching is Christ centered, guided by the Holy Ghost helping you move forward with greater confidence and peace.

  • Relaxing Guided Meditation with Sound Therapy.

    As part of the session, I guide you into a relaxed meditative state while I play instruments for soothing sound therapy in the background. This may include calming tones or frequencies designed to support deep relaxation, ease stress and anxiety, help quiet the mind, encourage emotional balance and inner awareness.

    You do not need any prior experience with meditation, just willingness to relax and be present.
